Upon successful payment, you will receive:

  • Official download link(s) from the software vendor
  • A step-by-step activation guide

Delivery is usually immediate or within a few minutes to the email address provided during checkout.


2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only approved under the following conditions:

  • The product key is invalid or does not activate after following all provided steps.
  • The incorrect product was delivered due to our error.
  • The product key was not delivered to your registered email within a reasonable timeframe (usually 24 hours).

If the activation issue is caused by customer error (e.g., using the wrong edition of software or incompatible system), our support team will assist you with troubleshooting before a refund is considered.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds in these cases:

  • The key has already been successfully activated.
  • The wrong product was purchased (e.g., Windows 11 Pro instead of Home).
  • The product is no longer needed after delivery.
  • Purchase was made by mistake.
  • Activation failed due to hardware incompatibility, license misuse, or attempts to activate on multiple devices beyond license terms.

Once a key has been viewed or used, it is considered consumed and cannot be reissued.


4. Replacement Policy

If your product key does not work due to a delivery or vendor issue, we will:

  • Verify the activation status, and
  • Provide a replacement key free of charge (if verification confirms the issue).

If a replacement cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued.


5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@softkeyhub.io within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • The product name
    • A brief description of the issue (with screenshot, if possible)
  3. Our support team will verify your claim within 1–3 business days.
  4. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

6. Technical Support

Our team provides free activation support via email and chat.
We’ll guide you through installation, activation, and troubleshooting before determining refund eligibility.


7. Customer Responsibility

Please double-check all product details before purchasing:
